Returns / Exchanges
Any undamaged In-Stock Merchandise and back-ordered merchandise received by customer purchased at KASALA Outlet or KasalaOutlet.com may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment, if Kasala receives notice of such return within 30 days of Purchaser’s receipt of such merchandise. Merchandise will substantially conform to the description on the Sales Order, except that such merchandise may vary in grain, color, stain, shape, texture or pattern from description or sample, and described sizes are approximate only.
Non-Refundable - In no event shall Ordered Merchandise be refundable if Purchaser has not notified Kasala of a potential refund within 30 days of Purchaser’s receipt of such merchandise. With the exception of backordered merchandise, Delivery dates on unstocked Merchandise are estimates only and may change because of fabric shortages, production delays and availability of merchandise. Delivery, assembly, and leather and fabric protection fees, are services offered by Kasala and are non-refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returned custom orders.

PURCHASER BEARS THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE MERCHANDISE, AND IF THE GOODS PROVE DEFECTIVE FOLLOWING PURCHASE, PURCHASER ALONE (NOT KASALA, MANUFACTURER OR ANY OTHER PARTY) ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIR.
