How may I pay for my purchase? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

When will my credit card be charged? Your card will be charged immediately upon placing your order. You will receive a confirmation message via email.

Do you offer financing? Not at this time.

How do I schedule a delivery? After placing your order you will be contacted by our delivery team to schedule your local in-home delivery. If you have a special circumstance or questions about your delivery, please contact us. To learn more about our delivery service please visit our Delivery and Shipping page.

What are the delivery charges? The exact shipping and handling amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Will everything in my order be delivered at the same time? All in-stock delivery items in your order arrive in one trip. If all of your items are not in stock, we will schedule delivery when all items are available. If you'd like your available items delivered sooner, please call us at 206-383-8000 to arrange multiple deliveries.

What happens if the item I ordered is back-ordered? In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to lack of product availability. Items that are back-ordered will be delivered or shipped out when they are received. In the event of delay we will notify you by email or phone.

Can I make changes to my order? If you wish to make changes to your order, please email or call us at 206-838-8000.

Do you deliver everywhere? We currently offer our delivery service throughout Washington State and the Portland, Oregon metro area. For out of area deliveries, please contact us for a quote by email or call us at 206-838-8000.

Furniture Will Call Can I pick up my furniture from your warehouse? Yes, local customers may pick up purchased items from our Seattle warehouse. We operate multiple warehouses and it may be necessary to transfer your item to our central will call location. Please allow a 48hr time frame for pick up.  

UPS Shipping: When will my order arrive? Your order is shipped as soon as it is available. You will receive an email with tracking number letting you know when it’s on its way.

Can I track my order? Yes, you can track your order at UPS.COM with your tracking number.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? We are able to ship small items to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time.
